Bio: DKC formed a love of art early and has spent the last 30 years developing a unique graphic style in a wide range of media. He has studied Native American craftsmanship and design extensively and is constantly refining technique in many of the visual arts. Around 1993, calling the venture Visible Soul, he began exhibiting his work throughout Texas, building a reputation for integrity both in business and in attention to quality. Influences are eclectic but can readily be seen in the art. A love of surfing, tropical locales and nature in general; appreciation for the work of artists like Paul Gauguin and Rick Griffin; an affinity for Native American beadwork; and a genuine faith in Jesus Christ are all part of the mix. In 2003 visiblesoul.com was created with the purpose of sharing this art with the rest of the world and hopefully inspiring others to relax, enjoy art, and discover their own inimitable style and creative potential.

Education: B.A. University of Houston. Major: English Literature. Minor: Studio Art. Additional art studies: University of Hawaii at Manoa and Houston Baptist University.
